No Weights, No Problem!

We know that many of you are stuck at home and missing your regular workouts at the gym. But, just because you might not be able to access your gym or studio at the moment, doesn’t mean you have to stop moving! It’s important to keep your regular routine going to help your body adjust to the new normal. Bodyweight workouts at your own home can still be an excellent way to preserve our functional movement patterns and maintain our fitness. You can still get fit without actually going to the gym.

It’s not that difficult to create some DIY ‘weights’ from your home items💪. Add some make-shift ‘weights’ to challenge yourself even more. Check out our video for some creative ideas. You can use a tote bag, duffel bag, backpack, purse, etc. and fill it with some heavy items. Books and old text books are a great way to make a bag heavy. Working out from home doesn’t have to be boring! All you have to do it jam out to music, dance, let loose, and enjoy yourself.

Always remember, motion is lotion. We encourage you to Move Well, Live Well™.

If you’re interested in moving, feeling and/or performing better, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d be happy to help.
